Jelena Veletić is a doctoral research fellow in the Center for Educational Measurement, Faculty of Educational Sciences, University of Oslo. Her project is a part of the European Training Network (ETN) OCCAM which is a sub-call in the Marie Sklodowska-Curie Innovative Training Networks (MSCA ITN) of the European Commission’s Horizon 2020 framework. Jelena’s research relates to school leadership with a focus on studying variations of school leadership practices across systems, time- and school-level characteristics. The project aims to model how different aspects of school leadership relate to both teacher and student outcomes using Large-scale assessment data.
